Yes! Yes! You can also order your tumbler in an elegant gift box. You can choose from black, white, and pink options, which you can add to your order on the checkout page. The gift packaging is perfect for presents or special occasions.
Packages usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch within Hungary. For international shipments, delivery may take longer depending on the destination country and shipping conditions.
Yes, we ship to several countries. The exact shipping costs and conditions are shown during the checkout process.
Credit card payments and bank transfers are available for all orders. Cash on delivery is available for in-stock products, but it is not available for custom-made tumblers, as these products are personalized and made specifically to order. Utánvétes fizetés a készleten lévő termékeknél választható, egyedi készítésű tumblerek esetén azonban nincs rá lehetőség, mivel ezek a termékek személyre szabottan készülnek.

Yes. Yes. We also create tumbler designs personalized with a name, quote, or based on your own ideas.
Hand washing the tumbler is recommended. To extend the life of the design and finish, we do not recommend using a dishwasher.
Most of our tumblers have a 590 ml capacity,which is ideal for both hot and cold drinks.
Yes. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and you’ll receive a separate notification when your package has been shipped.
It is possible that some information may be entered incorrectly by mistake. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet gone into production or been handed over to the courier, we will make every effort to update the information provided to ensure that your product is made with the correct details and delivered to the correct address.
For in-stock, non-personalized products, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, custom-designed and personalized tumblers cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason. If the product arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue, please let us know and we will review your claim as soon as possible.
